- We have partnered with Muhammadiyah, an Islamic organization and educational institution in Indonesia. Registrants it recommends receive the “Muhammadiyah Verified” mark.

What is JPORTAL?
It is a search page for finding verified people and companies by purpose: sell, partner, hire or learn. Indonesia currently has the most registrations. It is operated by the Intelligence Business (M intelligence) of MMH JAPAN Co., Ltd.
Does it cost anything?
Searching and browsing are free, and no login is needed. To meet the people you find, use HONNE OF ASIA (90 minutes online, from ¥50,000, excl. tax).
Which countries are covered?
Besides Indonesia, we are accepting registrations from Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and South Korea. Japan, Taiwan, the US and Europe are in preparation using the same system.
Can we hire foreign workers? Is there a referral fee?
You can find people who want to work in Japan, for example as Specified Skilled Workers, and meet them in a Hiring Meet-up (90 minutes online, up to 5 people, ¥80,000, excl. tax). Because talent search is an advertising service, there is no referral fee even when you hire someone (visa procedures and similar costs are separate).
Can we also find distributors, franchisees or joint-venture partners?
Yes. Use “Partner” to find distributors, franchisees and joint-venture partners. To talk with candidates directly, use Test Drive: FC Partners (90 minutes online, ¥100,000, excl. tax).
How is personal information handled?
We do not sell personal information. We show only the parts of Verified profiles that people have agreed to share, and contact details are disclosed, with the person's consent, only when an interview is being arranged or a contract has been agreed. Information is managed country by country, following each country's personal data protection standards.

JPORTAL manages information country by country, following each country's personal data protection standards for the people and companies registered there.
In preparation: Taiwan (Personal Data Protection Act), the US (state privacy laws, e.g. California CCPA) and Europe (GDPR). Each will be added only after we have checked its standard, before registration opens there.
- Handled by each country's standardsFrom collection and use to storage and deletion, information is handled according to the standards of the country where the person or company is.
- Cross-border only with consentInformation moves between Japan and other countries only with the person's consent, and we also check the standards of the receiving country.
- Access, correction, stopping useWhen a person or company asks to see, correct or stop the use of their information, we respond in line with their country's standards.
- We do not sell participants' personal information. We show only the parts of Verified profiles that people have agreed to share.
- Contact details are disclosed, with the person's consent, when an interview is being arranged or a contract has been agreed.
- We obtain consent separately for each use (hiring, product validation, FC recruitment) and limit how often people are contacted, so that no one receives too many messages.
- Cross-border transfers between Japan and other countries are based on the person's consent. For inquiries, contact info@mmhjp.jp.
- Talent search is an advertising service (listing and system fees only, not linked to results or headcount). Selection and hiring decisions are made by the company and the candidate; we run the Hiring Meet-up sessions.
