Twelve years at the JTB Group, sourcing hotels and ryokan and building new businesses. Then founded companies in Taiwan, Singapore and Indonesia, launching inbound travel, talent and education businesses on the ground.

CAREER ／ Background & key achievements

1997Joined the JTB Group. Hotel and ryokan sourcing, business planning, and new businesses for Yahoo! Travel and Rurubu Travel (until 2008)
2008Founded a company in Taiwan: hotel turnaround, web marketing, and Japan tours for Taiwanese groups
2012Established a travel agency in Singapore and arranged premium Japan trips for about 300 affluent travelers
2013Launched a Wi-Fi rental business for Japan-bound travelers in Indonesia and sold it to a listed company in 2017. Also ran a talent agency and a Japan travel business
2018Expanded the Japanese-language school network “LPK OMOTENASHI SCHOOL” to 8 sites in 4 countries (now ALEAD SCHOOL)
2019Founded MMH JAPAN Co., Ltd. to connect foreign talent with Japanese companies — about 1,800 people and 500 companies in six years
VISIONTrain and send 10,000 people by 2030, and develop talent for Southeast Asia’s social media market (about ¥5 trillion)
