進め方：商品を登録してから、判定書が届くまでThe flow: from registering your product to receiving the verdict

1 商品情報を登録Register your product 写真・日本での価格・想定現地価格・知りたいこと3つ。サンプル送付の有無を選ぶ。Photos, Japanese price, expected local price, your three questions. Choose whether to send samples.
2 参加者3名を選ぶChoose three participants 条件に合うVerified参加者のプロフィール表（顔写真・家族構成・買い物先）を実施7日前までに共有。Verified profiles (photo, household, where they shop) are shared at least 7 days before the session.
3 90分オンライン会議90-minute online session 開封・使用・価格受容性。コーディネーターが通訳と進行。御社は「知りたいこと3つ」に必ず答えを持ち帰る。Unboxing, usage, price acceptance. Our coordinator interprets and facilitates; you always leave with answers to your three questions.
4 判定書・録画・次の一手Verdict, recording, next step 7営業日以内に判定書（進む／改善して再検証／見送る）と加工なしの録画。次はライバーによる試験販売へ。Within 7 business days: verdict (go / improve & retest / pass) and the unedited recording. Next: trial sales by LIVE hosts.
